Victorian floor tiles in classic black and white usually consist of white octagons with black small squares, but why not do the opposite? Instead, in the kitchen in Odengatan, Stockholm, a tasteful contrast, was created by combining the white walls and cabinets with a darker floor.
The checkered floor was made of:
Black 10 x 10 cm (3.93 x 3.93 in.) (art no: 110-210-100-NOI) and White dots 3.5 x 3.5 cm (art no: 110-240-35-BAS) from Winckelmans.
