Bar Hinge - Acorn Knob, non-rimmed
Staple hinge made of untreated steel with a conical knob, suitable for old doors, windows, and cabinets. The hinge is available in different sizes, as well as left and right-handed versions. Choose the size and version in the drop-down lists. All our hinges come with screws. The image shows right-handed hinges. Please note that the specified width is for fully-extended hinges. Untreated steel must be treated to prevent rust. We recommend anti-rust oil or linseed oil paint in the same color as the cabinet door, window, or door. Acorn-shaped knobs were decorative knobs that were commonly used on the hinges of windows, cabinets, and doors from the late 1800s to the middle of the 1930s.
